My name is Anne and I own a house in Austin, Texas. The renters are moving out and will be gone before SXSW. This means I will have a four bedroom, two bathroom house available for SXSW interactive, music and film.
I will be renting out my home by April 1, which leaves 30 days of it being vacant while it's readied for the next group of renters. So let's have some fun with it!. Would you like to pitch me for my house during SXSW?
The pitch should be about what you can do to help me promote my new mobile marketing blog: MobileFOMO. The best pitch(es) will get to stay at the house for up to 7 consecutive days. No charge!
Decision on the winner will be made sometime between Feb. 22 and March 1st depending on the responses I get.

Winners must provide a valid driver's license, be 21 years of age or older and have three personal references who can assure me you are not a world famous graffiti artist or some kind of serial murderer. No big parties, no Austin locals, no additional overnight guests allowed, no renting the space to others and NO PETS! Any damage made to the property will be your responsibility, intimidating legal mumbo jumbo goes here.
Please remember, you will be staying at my house as a special SXSW guest and I reserve the right to ask you to leave in the event that you totally deserve it. In other words, c'mon be cool, man. Let's have some fun! Please don't make me call my 6' 10" cousin, "Bear".
